We have 2 main PvP arena's. Ranked and Leviathan. Ranked is aimed at normal gamers, it's deliberately designed so that you can play it meaningfully with a limited buy in. Stats are neutralised, you don't need to own super high tier illuvials.

Leviathan arena is entirely different, no normalised stats, you'll need to own the big ticket items ect
You can play it, but you'll be battling being who can style on you with their walletsw
But that's more for fun rather than ranked
Consider leviathan a catwalk you get to show off how much of a big deal you are
