Just thought it through a little bit, and if pre-match betting is not implemented, and only live betting after the board is set on each side is done, then that can get rid of some avenues for fixing
a person can't just bet against themselves and throw the game for example
And if the live betting has an algorithm based on the units and placements/etc. And then the odds change when people bet on each side, that can be okay
Then the leviathan becomes like a mini sportsbook in which ILV token holders just rejoice cuz the fees from each transaction goes to ILV holders

If the houses odds/system is not accurate, then the odds will eventually move towards the real odds of someone winning
when smart money is placed in the system
so whoever has the right read on the meta/analysis tools will be able to find the value bets
