If you haven't been able to claim your badge, we are working on a fix. Basically we use a max points total and because of inaccuracy in rounding some number of users will show as 4.9999999 points, or something like that.
So we are lowering the value needed for that badge by 0.1 which will mean you can claim it

Not sure exactly what you mean. Everyone is entitled to one badge, and that badge depends on which level of funding they put in. So the number of badges should be exactly that, assuming everyone claims.
