WRT to fully diluted valuation: Unless your plan is to buy ILV and put it in your wallet for 4 years and never touch it (and never stake it), it's not a relevant metric. If you stake your initial ILV, your ILV will grow right along with the supply, so the percentage of market cap shouldn't dilute too much at all if you are long-term oriented like that. And the DAO is ultimately in control of ILV incentives. The DAO could market buy 1M ILV and burn it if it chooses to. It's really very dynamic. The DAO has a built-in incentive to protect the value of ILV (since rewards are locked for 12-24 months)
