And @small mango the holo's will just be for cosmetic purposes and conductibility. But trust me, you're going to want to get your hands on as many of those holos as you can 😎 #

Your starting Illuvial is you! You have to go out into the wild to find and do battle with the first Illuvials you encounter solo. This is also why PVP won't be introduced at initial game launch as there will be no Illuvials to buy yet if you wanted to skip the adventuring and hunting step.

Well we have quadratic voting in place to minimise the whale impact on the election process, and everyone's free to campaign for themselves or their favourite candidates. Every investor and preILV holder wants what's best for the project, so I don't think I'd put it that way... Right now, getting a Dev team centric council isn't bad because they all work on and own successful defi protocols. I'd much rather they flesh out the game foundations right now than get a fanboy shilling for the game not knowing how this space works. The council will be sat by the appropriate people. Of this I'm sure. When thinking about the council keep all things in perspective, and all things balanced.

Remember those stake holders as @south hatch said are people who have a vested interest in seeing the game succeed. If the game succeeds, the community succeeds and if the community succeeds they succeed. They understand balance and how to govern something, as they've had to do it to make their own projects flourish. Also I guarantee Kain will take care of his brothers baby. Illuvium.

Right now we need people who understand how to execute a great crpyto/blockchain project. Especially in these early days so we get it right. And if Ami or myself is on the council then you'll have a voice. But you'll also have some of the best professionals in the crypto business looking after that voice.

Our team is already incredible. We have people who have worked on League of Legends, X-men, Bioshock, the list goes on and on and on. You wan't names like, SNX, 1Inch, etc to be added to that list of names. We want to be the best.

We will be the best.

Remember. At their core anyone who is on that council will also respect and understand crypto. They will respect and understand decentralized entities, for they themselves have built decentralized businesses.

Lastly, remember this is the beginning of our democratic process, and there will be speed bumps along the way and hiccups. But don't let those things make you cynical or not believe in this beautiful thing we're helping build.
