wETH or "Wrapped Eth" just maps ETH to a ERC-20 1:1. You can make some savings on gas fees when using WETH over ETH on Uniswap for example. This is a good summary:

"Wrapped ETH, or WETH, is a token that represents Ether 1:1 and conforms to the ERC20 token standard. By conforming to ERC20, it allows for increased functionality including but not limited to atomic swaps. my opinion is that scholarships are great, they just arent scholarships. Its a bad way to market them because people view it as scummy, because its not really a scholarship, you are paying someone to use their assets to generate money. its more akin to the gig economy. Like Uber or something imo. Where im essentially "renting" workers to level up my axies, or farm me SLP, or whatever task. it could be similar in ILV, with people giving their Illuvials to others to level up in return for payment. YGG is in a good position for this. But I think its very important to market these as virtual gig economy jobs rather than scholarships. Ive seen a lot of people start to dislike scholarships a lot when they looked under the hood at fees and stuff, because they quickly see, they are not in fact scholarships. Even if the thing they are in reality is positive, which is open gig jobs for low income workers around the world, it appears bad if you are pretending to be something akin to a charity, when you are infact a for profit organisation.

Its kind of like people hiring you to farm yield using their game assets. For example, in Axie infinity, you can farm SLP tokens using Axies, which are worth about 1 cent each, and its possible to farm up to 2000 a day for a good player who plays a lot. Which is significant money to many people, however, most of these people cannot afford to buy axies to start playing with, so others who have too many axies to farm with themselves, come in and offer to give that person access to their axies, in return for X% of the SLP they farm using them, usually 10-20%, but its dependent on who you go too.
Scholarship is a bad word, its more like a gig job, like working on fiver, or driving for Uber

Airdrop = free tokens

It means you can be given free tokens thru something called an Airdrop, by completing certain tasks. Often these tasks are things like "Join the discord server for this project" and stuff like that, and you will get a small amount of tokens in return. We dont know what the requirements will be for future drops, but theres a good chance it will involve joining the discords of other crypto projects
