i don't know but i can tell you t5s3s before this patch i used to get one in about every 2/3 1st places, that was usually the wincon (but this happened in tft too in elos below like diamond so i can't tell if it's just non competitive lobbies issue)

so they're for sure useful, but im settling for example on max hp+op+res/as for a dualeph/ophisto for example because at the point u get it u're already top 2

T4S3s are surprisingly valuable tho u can get those in top 6 even

but balance wise if you had leviathan on all the patches we had so far with the exception of one you could've just bought maxed out assasins which are all T1s+3T3s and a rhamphite and you could've forced it every game and easily been top 5 on leaderboard maybe even rank 1

i don't think they used to be broken for like 3 months, just good. But then they had some stat changes across the board and now 80% of 1 costs are better or on par with the 5 costs except they're way cheaper. So if you get uncontested rogues the only way you can lose is if some guy got an uncontested super late flex comp that's worth 50+ gold more than urs or item quality difference is big.

ah makes sense, I still wonder if like force tier 1-3 reroll, same as some TFT comps is just a good top 3-5 strat, which might be unwanted for rewards, but maybe good for game, hard to balance

problem is econ doesn't really work like in tft, everyone basically gets lvl 8 for free no matter what unless they just went 8th, so when 1 costs are this strong you just win from first round if you hit them in a shop, then you roll after first pve and you're strong until the next pve round off of just a 2 star 1 costs board and after that you're just 3 staring half+ of your board and doing nothing for another stage

i think T5 and T4 S1s are just too weak, if you get one of those at 5 you don't feel like you highrolled at all

there's also one insane thing to me where you can have people go to 5 on first round, lose a round and they're not auto 8th

It's mainly a tank with a nice stun.
Tankiness is perfect stats, just missing some omegapower to also deal damage with it's stun.

It indeed does take a lot of time for getting a full collection of good stat illuvials.
But i also feel you don't have to have all perfect stat illuvials to have fun in leviathan.... if you wana be rank1 in the world, you probably have to have all perfect, but for having fun competing it's more of a switch between playing some leviathan matches and playing OW to improve your current deck to be able to climb the leaderboards. (when competitive scene started)

But it's also hard to tell how it looks like in a couple months.
Fuel economy gona be reworked, another marketing campaign will go live as soon as gauntlet is ready, and i guess there will also be improvements to most other aspects of the ecosystem.
So if we manage to onboard couple K people and integrate a new fuel system ROI could come down massively.
But that's all crystalball environment i don't like to be in very much. 😄

Almost every game I need to restart the game to debug something, it takes a long time to get back. Suggestion: put an f5 or something that you click to quickly reset the game system and come back, because just opening and restarting it takes more than 1 minute here. Since you can't fix the bugs, at least make a system to get back to the game faster.

There are several types of evaluation or assessment. Peer (meaning those you work with), self, performance appraisal (done by a superior or someone you report directly to). Since a lot of the council work is done behind the public eye it makes sense for evaluation is done two-pronged: self and peer.

Community sentiment ratings is probably a good idea but it just indicates popularity or at best approval rating. I personally believe the best indicator if the community doesnt like a seated member is to not vote for them next election.
