What do you mean by can't connect? Is it just giving you the constant loading wheel?

If so, try clearing cookies + cache, checking for ad-blockers etc, if none of that works try a different browser. The issue is you need to sign/authorise something from Metamask, but you likely aren't getting the pop up. Finding whats causing the pop up to be blocked will be your answer

There is no end date as far as I'm aware. The fuel bonus is just the difference between top rail + what the land owners are selling for...
If they sell low, it'll be a bigger bonus. Basically, it should stabilise as land owners stabilise their selling pressure/prices, but I don't believe the feature of bonus fuel itself will go...Perhaps the UI will change so it's clearer what the bonus fuel is though

Suit slot is for applying a skin to your ranger. Armor slot is for actually using armor in an encounter/fight to give it the armor benefits. You dont receive any 'buffs' or benefits from the suit being on for the overworld, except the ability to put a skin on it

I think its a really smart move as a good will gesture that they stood by their word and distributed revdis. I`m sure if they need the revenue it would come to a discussion and vote but for example I invested heavily in axs for the revdis and it never happened for that I have way more confidence in ILV and the team then axie/AXS and they had mad growth but didnt act on their word. Just my honest opinion. I have used my revdis to spend back into the eco system but that was my choice

First way the public could buy tokens was on balancer. By buying tokens during this event, you could get NFTs.
Team promised these NFTs would be the only emotes / skins available until game launch.
