I hope they change their approach to fuel and to grinding. The system right now seems very greedy and disrespectful of players' time if you want to play outside of T0, since it's not really possible to earn enough to do it without paying. (Unless you want to grind a whole week to maybe do a T1 run)
I don't think they should entirely lock progression behind a paywall. It's ok to slow it down, all other P2W games do that, but blocking it entirely seems excessive and will probably deter players from ever trying what's beyond T0.
Having a way to get a couple of "free" T1 runs per week or so might give people a chance to enjoy that content and decide to spend something to do it.

That's my point entirely. Of course there needs to be some revenue for the devs, via fuel or anything else, but I think the current system deters people from spending.
If they saw a chance at making some money, or breaking even, they would probably be more interested in spending.
That's why I think a way to earn a couple of free "paid tier" runs a week or so would go a long way. Could be done in a number of ways, for example some weekly quests in T0 that give fuel, it doesn't even need to be much.

The tiers for illuvials are just the rarity level + some strength I guess. Here is a pic showing the different illuvials and tiers.
As for the Land information, give me a little bit of time and I'll see if I can find a document that shares the difference - but in short, the higher the tier of land, the more resource plots and bonuses it has, allowing it quicker development + higher fuel production

You can always just log into the passport account with the email you want to use going forward (or used in the past with testnet) and then once there, go up to your profile, click 'passport' and then 'transfer in'
That will give you the option to connect your metamask wallet and it will detect all your assets. Then you can manually transfer them over to your passport account

There was a problem with a lot of the names. If you logged into your account when it all changed over, prior to migrating correctly, your username is probably locked in the system because it technically made you a new account. For now, just add an extra letter or something to the name, but as long as you use the right email then everything is fine.
You will likely be able to get your old name back in the future

As for the illuvitar, you will still need to brige that over to the passport
