Eggs and meat.
I don't eat breakfast. I get up at around 4:30 - 5:00 in the morning and don't eat until around 11:00. My husband though used to have eggs and toast in the morning. He stopped eating the toast and now eats eggs and beef of some kind. He said he no longer feels tired at around 10 AM like he used to.
It was amazing to watch the transformation. Glad to hear it worked for you. I really should do it myself too. I eat a lot of meat but I don't know if I would ever have the will power to give up chocolate.

Ya I missed bread for the longest time 😂. I’m all good now though, not fussed with it, I may have some on the occasional cheat day.
Brother it couldn’t be simpler, Meat, Eggs, Butter, Salt, no sauces, very small amounts of dairy. Don’t calorie count, eat until you are full, that’s it.
90% of Carnivores I know never arrive at Carnivore straight away, like me, we arrived through Paleo/Keto/Whole Foods etc and just listened to our bodies whilst trying to diagnose health issues.
With any of these eating philosophies, I think it’s more about what you don’t eat. There are literally thousands of videos on YouTube from qualified doctors and people with anecdotal evidence of their journeys, I suggest you start there. They will explain the science behind how your body adapts and thrives without fiber/fruit/vegetables.
My typical day, I will intermittent fast until lunch time, have 5 eggs with salt, sometimes cheese. If I’m being active I will have a glass of Kefir late afternoon. Dinner is often high fat ground beef/steak/chicken/lamb. I buy from a local organic regenerative farm so it can get really expensive. I get a lot of cheap cuts as well, chicken wings, brisket, chuck steak. Slow cookers are your friend here.
When you are doing Carnivore you cannot have lean meat, you replace carbs with animal fat and that’s what gives you that full feeling. Your body then becomes “fat adapted” and it becomes a specialist at burning energy through your own fat reserves.

Nice work. Indeed your right it's not for everyone. I had my DNA tested and my body is missing the right stuff to digest saturated fat. So a totally different diet for me.
Fatty fish, small amounts low fat meat, stacks of veggies. Whole grains are totally fine. Bread is fine, just not too much.
I can have sugar. Just no dairy unless it's fermented.
My body feels amazing when I stick to this.
Definitely everyone is unique.

That being said I'm pretty peanut butter adapted at the moment 😬 bread and butter while sitting at the PC for long hours is deadly
No coffee, tea, soda but I tolerate caffeine pills. No alcohol. No citrus fruit or apples. Bananas are OK sometimes. Meat I can eat all of except fish but I can only tolerate free range poultry. No idea if it is the fat content or their diet. I can't eat tomatoes but I can have tomato sauce sometimes, depending on the day. I can't eat spinach. But I have no problem with chocolate.

How does croco Taste?
Like watered down chicken. I taste everything once wherever I travel. Well, almost everything, roaches and certain worms are not my thing
A few thoughts as I’m reading this:
- Spinach, you might have an issue with Oxylates.
- Citrus you may have an issue with Tannins (common complaint is headaches).
- Non organic coffee is the most sprayed crop with pesticides and herbicides.
- Non free range chickens are pumped full of shit that would cause a hormonal response in your body for sure.

Years back I had surgery, it should have been pretty standard but things went wrong. Left me with some damage and nerve issues. Before that I could eat anything, even though I was always a picky eater. If I could go back in time I would have stayed with the pain I had because that was more tolerable than what it became.😞 It has made me really good at listening to my body though.

Like string candy. You can use marzipan like play dough to create lots of things. Just use food colouring and sculpt. Then let it dry out for a day or two before using it.

Coconut yogurt, coconut milk, eggs, salt, home made gluten-free flour blend (if you want it am happy to share).
For the filling:
Potatoes, onion, vegan margarine, coconut yogurt, salt, grains of paradise (am allergic to black pepper and this looks/tastes the same).
If you are wondering... "Why yogurt?" is because I am not a huge fan of sour cream, unsweetened yogurt does the same job and tastes better (in my very biased opinion 😅 ).

@trail steppe @atomic sandal sorry it took so long. Kentucky fried kukka spice recipe. Be warned it makes 20 cups of ready to use spice mix. If you want to store it long term leave the flour out and add it to only what you want to use when cooking. I add this to everything from cream pastas to risottos.

Home made dark carob 'chocolate' am allergic to actual chocolate. So have been learning the wonders of carob-tiering. 👉 👈
Pel meni is actually kinda plain, the middle is generally a mix of ground beef ground pork and whatever spices you’d prefer, it all relies on the sauce imo; I like curry powder and Sirarcha on top with white balsamic. Served with some brown bread and it’s a great comfort meal
Hum Bao can either be a baked or a steamed bun and has BBQ pork on the inside 😋

Sort of… it’s a food service size recipe for cornbread that ChatGPT just resized for me.
Take this recipe and resize it for muffins
corn bread
dry
4 ½ c cornmeal
5 ½ c flour
6 tsp salt
3T baking powder
2c sugar
wet
4c oil
16 eggs
8c milk
mix dry
add liquids
mix and put into 2 entree pans
bake at 400 for 40 min
To resize the recipe for muffins, we'll need to adjust the ingredient quantities accordingly. Let's do the math:
For a standard muffin tin, it usually makes about 12 muffins. So, we'll divide the original recipe by 6 to get the quantities for muffins:
Dry ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
Wet ingredients:
- 2/3 cup oil
- 3 large eggs (or 4 medium eggs)
- 1 1/3 cups milk
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the liquids and mix until combined. Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin tin.

Yes it was delicious once we scrapped off the maggots and brushed away the cockroaches 🪳 and cookie dirt. No one ate the fingers or bugs.

Usually the cooking in the oven part is a formality for crusty goodness.
The sauce goes in the thickness you want it to be coming out.
Hmmm…. Ok, next time add 1-2 (or 3-4 if it is a big batch) tablespoons of cornstarch to the cream of mushroom (while it is cold) and mix it really well before adding it to the rest of the stuff (or same deal if you use cold broth do the broth instead, it will be better) and you should end up with the consistency you are hoping for.

Tbf they are getting close in replicating it. My gf had corona and got the gross-taste whenever she ate anything meat/egg based as apparently it channels your inner glutton and screws you over by giving your most preferred food that taste.
Then my sister, fully blown vegan, went ahead and bought the most premium vegan meat and my gf would have the same reaction to that food!
So with that in mind, some people's bodies apparently react the same to vegan replacements... which means they are getting close to replicating the sensation!

Nah the pepper will burn on a steak, you add that afterwards. Just brisket for now, I'm trying different recipes.
Here in Australia we wrap the brisket in foil and add beef broth half way through the cook to give a more braised feel. Looking forward to trying that.
i rather like the burned pepper than adding it afterwards.

For the smoked meats I'm preferring at least medium, so 150f-160f next time for sure.

The second image it seems like it has a 20cm spoon in its mouth. Does that actually work as a hook? Why does it bite into something that large 👀
Is the bait so large to obfuscate the hook? Or is it something you add later to allow you to lift it up like this?
It’s is a fake bait fish, so basically it “looks like a smaller fish” and the hook is mostly covered, the fish don’t have great vision and the water isn’t super clear so they just think “ah littler fish, yum” and they bite it, and you pul up to set the hook in their lip and bam

You can only see the hook so well right there because he ate it and the weight of him is pulling back the bait, normally the hook is covered until they bite

Making a sourdough starter takes time, and I wanted to try it right away.
So I created a recipe with the help of ChatGPT, and then made some small adjustments in practice.
The bread turned out good — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Store-bought bread varies, but most of the time it’s crap.
So I’m happy with the result.
Amazing my friend, its easier than most ppl think and only takes a bit of time and practice and only takes minimal ingredients compared to store bought crap, we wonder why Americans are cancer ridden
