So my rig is a 7900XTX, Ryzen 7 7700X and 2x16GB of DDR5 4800 CL40 (overclocked to 5600mhz), i am only getting 21 fps or so on open gl, barely 25 on DX12, is this bad or not? i am using quite a bit of mods, but if they are the cause how do i know which is causing the fps issues?

You can press shift + alt + F3 on any level to open the profiler. In the 'Lua scripts' category you can see all running scripts including mod scripts, if you click on one of the scripts while in the pause menu, it will show more detailed information including mod name.
