Can someone please help? My game won't start. When I press the play button in Steam, nothing happens. It turns blue and after a few seconds, the play button appears again. The screen may flash once and that's it, then the play button appears again. This started after I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I checked the integrity of the game files through Steam, tried deleting mods, installing and trying to launch the experimental and regular versions of the game, switching them through Steam. I tried installing the game on different drives (SSD and HDD), nothing helped. I also tried installing Visual Studio C++, but that didn't help either, and I'm not sure I installed exactly what I needed. Please help.

I'll also clarify that my PC has a Ryzen 5 5500 processor and an RTX 3050 graphics card.
Try reinstalling it, or try reinstalling your GPU drivers
I just tried it, it didn't help
Hmm, send me the logs, I'll check if I can found something on them.
- Make a new folder somewhere.
- Press win + r, write %localappdata% and press enter.
- Look for the 'CrashDumps' folder and copy it to your new folder.
- Enter in the 'Teardown' folder and copy the 'log.txt' file and the 'Crash' folder into your new folder.
- Compress your new folder into a zip and sent it to me. If Discord don't allow you to upload it directly you can send me a drive link.
Try a thing called dxvk, it basically makes so your GPU talks to vulkan, that's how I got my game running even tho my laptop isn't supposed to even run it
I looked and I don't have a CrashDumps folder, only a CrashReportClient folder.
If I go to the Teardown folder using Win+R, then in the Teardown folder I only have microsoft edge html document "savegame" and vdf file "steam_autocloud.vdf"
just install it or do you need to do something specific with it?
Do you have Windows 11 Pro or Home?
Also try adding the '-safe' flag in the Steam launch options.
Go to your Steam library -> Right click over Teardown -> Properties -> General -> and write '-safe' in the launch options.
Unzip it and the stuff you have inside the folder put it in teardown folder
I tried adding the -safe launch parameters, but the game still doesn't launch, and I have Windows 11 Pro on my PC
Can you please send me this zip with the dxvk ? I couldn't find anything on the internet and I'm not sure I'll download exactly what I need.
I'll try when I have time today I'll send you a link to mediafire
why MediaFire and not the official GitHub page?
thank you!
This should be it, just dump all the dll(s) into the gamefiles, just to be safe put the x32 and x64 in there wont hurt it, if it works than cool, if it doesent, than we treid and doesn not change it too much https://www.mediafire.com/folder/wjib58bm16nd6/dxvk-2.7.1
I moved these files to the game folder and it didn't help, even after restarting the PC and Steam, the game still doesn't start.
mmm, the other message failed to send, i forgot the main file(s), theese that are the ones that works best, in the worst case it does nothing, if it does than im happy for you
