Wired, I have an i5 11th gen, and integrated graphics, how much ram do you have? too little ram and it will play horribly, that might be the bottleneck, but not always

Start a sandbox map and press ctrl + alt + F3, it should open the profiler. Check what is consuming most CPU time or send a video if you can.

i figured it out it was js the tabs weapons i had them all enabled
