Hi! I'm having an issue with Teardown multiplayer. Whenever my friend and I play together, the non-host player crashes during any significant physical load or explosions. The host's game remains stable. We are not using any mods, and our PC specs are well above the recommended requirements. Reinstalling the game didn't help. Does anyone know how to fix this crashing issue for clients?"

I can't send a photo or file here, can you tell me how to do it? To help you solve this problem

# swift nymph Hi! I'm having an issue with Teardown multiplayer. Whenever my friend and I play...

Could whoever crashes send over the crash logs?
Here are the steps 🙂

  1. Make a new folder on the desktop
  2. Press Windows+R, which should open a small window in the bottom left corner
  3. Type each line shown below, e.g., "%localappdata%\CrashDumps" in the dialog box, and press enter, repeat for all locations.
  • "%localappdata%\CrashDumps"
  • "%localappdata%\Teardown\crash"
  • "%localappdata%\Teardown" (look for log.txt)
  1. Copy all files in the folders you've opened to your new folder on the desktop
  2. Right-click the new folder, select "send to", and choose compressed (zipped) folder
  3. Make the new .zip file, and send it as an attachment (over DMs)

The dxdiag file also contains some system information. Here's how to create one:

  1. Press Windows+R, which should open a small window in the bottom left corner
  2. Type dxdiag and press enter, answer yes to the pop-up to accept that it collects system information
  3. Let the program finish. There will be a green progress bar in the lower left corner of the window
  4. Click the "Save all information" button, save it to the desktop or somewhere you can find it later
  5. Attach the dxdiag.txt file (to the DM)
