when i download this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3647839189&searchtext=heli it doesnt show in the multiplayer mod list (so i can enable it) and on steam it shows that teardown keeps downloading something from the workshop and it doesnt stop

i did and it still keeps downloading something
teardown is downloading something from the workshop for like 1 second then nothing is downloading another second and then teardown starts downloading again

Try cleaning the Download cache (You'll have to log-in again)
Open Steam -> Go to the top 'Steam' button and open 'Settings' -> go to Downloads and Clear the Download cache.

After deleting it, just start Steam again and check if the issue is still there. If the issue is solved then you can continue playing has normal :)

thanks, now teardown doesnt download anything but i cant see the mod on the list so i can enable it, it enabled itself automatically and ingame it works but i just cant disable it
and im gonna test with a friend if the game will crash for him because yesterday the mod caused crashes
