Was trying to record, but my pc decided not to

i uninstalled every mod i had

and it started like a year ago

i decided to ask just now

the game is literally unplayable

Yeah, that indicated that you have integrated graphics. I'm guessing that's the reason for it, Teardown won't always run without a dedicated graphics card. You can try going into options > graphics and at the bottom switching from DX12 to OpenGL. You can also try right-clicking Teardown in Steam and going properties > betas > beta participation and selecting an earlier version of the game (e.g. 1.5), those worked better with integrated graphics.
