Why does this happen when you try to change whether?

Before if I selected “sunny” on any map it would make the map sunny and be clear and day time some maps still work with it, but not all of them especially when it comes to the maps that have a sunrise or sunset was this purposely removed or is this a bug?

It was in fact the rocket mod
