Hi, what are your system specs? ๐
Find CPU and GPU information
- Press the Windows key type in "Task Manager" or enter the shortcut, "ctrl+shift+esc"
- Go to the Performance tab and look for CPU and GPU sections.
- You can see the name, usage, speed, and temperature of your CPU and GPU.
- Relevant information the support team will need is the name of the CPU and GPU.
hope it will finally work
I have Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
is that good?
did it work?
Unfortunately, that would be integrated graphics (not supported by Teardown).
Try switching the game to use the OpenGL graphics api, it's more forgiving for integrated graphics:
- Press Windows+R, this should open a small window in the bottom left corner
- Type "%localappdata%\Teardown" in the text box, and press Enter
- Find the options.xml file and double click it, any text editor should work to open it with (e.g. Notepad)
- Towards the top, find the line "<gfxapi value="1">", change the 1 to a 0, so it becomes "<gfxapi value="0">"
- Save the file by pressing CTRL+S on the keyboard and close the file
- Try to launch Teardown
If that doesn't work, the only other option would be to switch to an older version of the game:
- Right-click Teardown in Steam
- Properties > Betas > Beta Participation
- Select any of the prev_build
- Let the game finish updating
- Try to launch Teardown
the first part didn't work and where the hell do i find the prev_build? and i have german language steam so idk where to find the Beta Participation @hearty hearth
nvm i found it i will try
it worked tysm ๐
oh
