It's likely that something hasn't installed correctly.

Can you send log.txt in: %LocalAppData%/Teardown (Press Win+R and paste that, then press "OK")

There's most likely a fix, but I'm unsure of what that fix could be 😄
Some other things you can try for now:

  • Ensure everything is up to date
  • Move everything in %LocalAppData%/Teardown to some temporary folder, maybe just a temp folder in the same directory
  • Add teardown to your antivirus exclusion options

There's also a good chance a developer will try helping out as well :)

If the above didn't work then it might be worth waiting for a developer. But if you would like a refund, then you can do that through Steam
As I said earlier though, a developer or someone else may help out with the issue as well :)

Update drivers and Windows and reboot

Well that is an older version. You can try switching back to the main version (or experimental) and see if the issue returns or not. Some mods don't work on 1.4
