ive tries uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesnt work
my son is the one who plays the game and we didnt have any problems untill he started subscribing to different items ingame.
When does it start not responding? When you start a level, the game, or something else?
during startup it pulls up a tab for teardown but nothing loads and when you click anywhere it says not responding
- For Nvidia Users:
You can update drivers via Geforce Experience or their driver page. - For AMD Users:
You can check for updates using the AMD Radeon Settings or by navigating to their driver page. - After updating drivers, search for "Windows Update" in the Start menu and install any available updates.
- Once updates are installed, restart your computer.
there is no local files on mine
i verified it and my driver is up to date
and its still not responding
- Press the Windows key type in "Task Manager" or enter the shortcut, "ctrl+shift+esc"
- Go to the Performance tab and look for CPU and GPU sections.
- You can see the name, usage, speed, and temperature of your CPU and GPU.
- Relevant information the support team will need is the name of the CPU and GPU.

Hello? So are you guys going to help me figure out what is going on with this game because I can't get a refund and I purchased a game from you guys that doesn't work
I can't get a refund because I was on it for more than 2 hours because I had to leave it up and running just to be able to play it. I wouldn't care about the game but I bought it for my 6yr old to play. It's beyond frustrating that I purchased a $30 game from a reputable service and it doesn't work and now no one is responding on how to fix the problem.
@tribal raven
I literally factory reset my computer reinstalled steam and the game and nothing is working
Yeah you need to be on your Gpu and not your cpus gpu
To change what GPU the game is running once, go to Windows Settings > System > Display > scroll down > Graphics > under "Add a program" / "Add an app" > make sure that Desktop app is selected > click on the browse button > navigate to Teardown root directory > select teardown.exe > you'll notice that Teardown got added to the list below > Click on Teardown > Options > select High performance > click OK > Run the game
@violet haven (so you see we replied)
