I can't seem to make a spawnable For my custom car and it's top is cut off

I was making my Crazy Taxi Cadillac but as I was trying to make it a spawnable I couldn't I tried to refab spawn.txt and stuff also my cab top which is the sign keeps getting cut off it's a castanet and yeah I'll show you the problem
