Hello
I am sorry for not understanding my autism. I just need a lot of help with my Teardown. I feel ashamed of myself
It was fine in the past
Could you provide the following info for me?
- Press the Windows key type in "Task Manager" or enter the shortcut, "ctrl+shift+esc"
- Go to the Performance tab and look for CPU and GPU sections.
- You can see the name, usage, speed, and temperature of your CPU and GPU.
- Relevant information the support team will need is the name of the CPU and GPU.
I'm loading up my computer now. It might take a few minutes hopefully.
No worries
Here is my CPU and my GPU. Last year my old PC had a very bad virus on it. I had to get a new refurbished one. I have a Dell Optiplex 9020
Ah gotcha. Let's try downgrading your Teardown version and seeing if that helps
Switch to the 1.4 version by going to the steam game settings, properties, beta, and select 1.4.
You have a integrated graphics card which isn't powerful enough to run Teardown unfortunately. Here are the minimum specs
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
The minimum system requirements are as follows:
OS: Windows 7
Processor: Quad Core
CPU Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or similar. 3 Gb VRAM.
Storage: 4 GB available space
Additional Notes: Intel integrated graphics cards not supported.
What does that do?
I do have a windows 10
It reverts the game to a earlier version where it might run better
Yes
Okay. So what do I do now?
I hope to play my Teardown again hopefully. Should I install it or no?
I apologize for not understanding with my autism. I hope I didn't cause drama to you or Teardown discord
No you are completely fine. You'll all done, just wait for the game to update and try playing :)
Yeah just wait for it to update then try to open it again
