I suddenly join a quick save that I had to continue building and it opens a system 32 command prompt and then the game just crashes I have tried open gl and directx nothing changes

Is this a modded map and/or do you have mods enabled?

Default map mods enabled it usually works fine

If you spawned in a lot of items and have mods enabled it may not able to load due to hardware limitations. You could try updating your drivers by following the steps below but that may not be the root cause of the issue unfortunately.
