Tear down extreme lag on second play though?

I’m running tear down with 16gbs of ram with a 3060 12gb and a i5 12400f… and it lags even at the main menu for some reason? I’ve updated my graphics drivers and such…

No it’s like stable lag… but thr unplayable kind

Mad goofy tbh… it worked fine on my first few playthoughs aswell…
