Verify Steam Files
  1. Open the Steam client.
  2. Navigate to your Library.
  3. Right-click on Teardown and select "Properties".
  4. Click on the "Local Files" tab.
  5. Click "Verify Integrity of Game Files".

Update drivers and Windows and reboot
  1. For Nvidia Users:

And try swapping to the previous version if other stuff doesn't work right click in steam > properties > betas > prev_version
