um
you know you dont put mods into the folder
you download mods from workshop
No, I didn't download mods through a workshop.
Before that, I played on the pirated version, then I moved the Mods folder to the root folder of the license
all was good
Then an update came out (like today)
I moved the Mods folder so that if something happens I don’t lose the mods
well teardown donest really support putting mods from pirated games to the real game
I updated the game and these problems appeared
But before that everything worked
maybe too many mods
could you show that you have the game
so i aint helping a guy who uses a fake one
Prove that I have it? Give me a sec
The interface is in Russian, but I think by the color and location of the buttons you can understand what I’m doing and where I’m pressing
alright well
it has to be the pirated mods folder
if teardown updates
most folders in the game gets checked
you will have to download in the workshop
what are you saying
So what should I do? Just last night before the update everything was fine
he downloaded pirated game and then moved the fake ones to the real game
o
aka he had fake one and now he has the game
so he has the real game
but fake mods from pirated game
I have 20 gigabytes of mods, if I try to download them through a workshop it will take 100 years
hmm
Maybe a little more, around 16 - 18
well 20 gigabytes isnt that much
No, just yesterday everything was fine
you will probly have to ask a dev.
If anything, yesterday I played on a license with the same Mods folder
Can you tag it here? I don't know his nickname
Tech Support ?
@marsh pine @spring hemlock Please help me with my problem (sorry for the ping)
you didtn have to ping both of them
plus you could have tryed support. or just wait.
well
To be honest, I can't answer your specific question but I have another question instead: Why would one move the folder at all?
I moved the folder because I have a lot of mods, and in case something goes wrong during the update I don't want to lose them
Well, now I have no higher than 24 fps in the game
you could make a copy of the folder and delete the content of the original folder instead
updates etc. are handled via steam
I think so, but what should I do now?
maybe put the folder back where it has been?
What do you think I did?
That's exactly what I did
And this problem started
try verifying your game files
I'm going to try now
