im back again cause the issue still didnt fix, its slightly better but still really bad, ive updated ALL of the software on my laptop and it had minimal if any effect

i also dont have, nor have had any mods installed

found this in another forum, this works, if not then switch it back to what you had it on originally, make sure your pc is generally up to date too
