can’t do anything | Teardown | Page 1

I just updated Teardown haven’t played in a month or so I’ve play at all usually ( a minor 400 hours in comparison) but this time there’s no music no background images of the maps and such just black with the gui/ui and Teardown logo I can do the press any key to continue but past that nothing seems to work any ideas? I just downloaded some mods like the grand tear auto and a few of the current main pages ones could that be the issue like the old save file mess up that happened that one time?

Upd: I removed the mods I just got and I got the opening sound effect back but nothing else

Could it be a storage issue?

On games behalf some how? Maybe like processing idk

Verify Steam Files

Open the Steam client.
Navigate to your Library.
Right-click on Teardown and select "Properties".
Click on the "Local Files" tab.
Click "Verify Integrity of Game Files".

Switch to OpenGL

Open the options in Teardown, goto graphics, set GraphicsAPI to "OpenGL"

It seems like nothing is responsive even there based off his initial message
