Gp worth Dragonshards which can be used as spellcasting components for any spells eg 50gp of dragonshards for identify, consume 300gp for revify

Potions of healing common for 50gp, greater for 150, superior for 450

Yes

You can take dragonshards instead of diamonds for revivify, just add a custom item named dragonshards and for quantity and cost just write the amount of gold you spent
