I know it says no promotions or advertising in the rules but I thought I would double check. I have a friend who is a professional artist, he’s done work for MTG, and he has a graphic novel YouTube page where he shares a Timelapse art process of a scene from the current chapter while he narrates. It wouldn’t be promoting any discord servers or any games. Is that allowed?

Unfortunately it would still be considered as advertising, and would break the "No advertising" part of the #rules.
