(only suggestion which is more of a assumption based is that from experience players tend to scim or avoid text walls so maybe few more visually different template or stylized ones for the major events might help, not for entire thing but the stuff important to players related events n campaign)

That's very valid! I'll see what I can do, there's only so many formatting styles I can use on Discord. I'm not too worried about it though, the players know what the major plot points are, this is mostly there if we've like missed 2 sessions and someone needs a reminder of the main plot threads without having to dig through the session notes

To which, I plan to keep a 6-8 bullet point list at the end of session notes for a tl;dr summary but I'm two sessions behind currently. The time skip notes were a LOT 😅

I usually took paint 3d help for template issue to make pictures to upload for NPC i wanted players to remember or had the major events in newspaper format with bounties (pirate campaign)
