The thumbnails not showing, print details not showing, and when printing the layers showing 0of0 | Mainsail | Page 1

The thumbnails not showing anymore, I have sent two files from tow different slicers Orca & Prusa but both the not showing

Also the print details, it was showing before but now it is blank.

The layer while printing always shows as 0 of 0

Should I remove and reinstall Moonraker, is this can solve it
