#can't connect to moonraker after updating
51 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
port = 7125, but your message indicates that it tries to connect to port = 4409
Yeah i use 4409 always and it was working
Something changed the moonraker.conf then 🤷♂️
Even 7125 is not showing me anything
Can i do something to fix it ?
Send a screenshot of the message
Change the port back?
mm, how ?
We should first start with the date. After 21:31 local time, your date is suddenly at 2020
Something changed the moonraker.conf then
Maybe change it back in that config?
If you don't know how to change that config, I'm wondering how you even send a log
xd
i used helper script to install moonraker and mainsail
but idk where there file is
I cannot know this too
This is not a default installatino
But it should be in the same folder as the logs folder, just name config
what
Taht the one from the repo itfels most likely
oh
/usr/data/printer_data
Tbh, it might be better if you ask in a place specific to that helper script or your printer. It's most likely a bigger issue that I cannot debug or at least would invest too much time, as it's not a "normal" installation
Try to change it back to the 4409
But overall after that, there are too many other issues
Those are specific to that device/helper script install
It's not feasible for me to debug this remotely, as I have no idea about the system
can i simply reinstall it ?
is it hard to normal install it without the helper script ?
It's impossible to use the normal installation methods
All tutorials out there won't work
That's why that helper script exists
so i guess next time i should keep as it is without do any update
That's always a problem with updates that they can break something. With such borked systems of qidi and creality it's even worse
no, this will not work. you cannot use the same port for nginx for the static files + reverse proxy + moonraker.
its quite normal to use the same port as mainsail, because nginx should proxy it to moonraker. when the port 7125 is not working, moonraker is not running. this will be his problem
