couse i try via mainsail but that dind't help

coral copper
#

The commands you sent, have nothing to do with Mainsail

#

And you are not using MainsailOS

coral copper

Where did you find that?

glad finch

whas told to do. maybe that could lead me to the error

coral copper
#

Who told you that?

#

The correct command is sudo apt upgrade

dist-upgrade is something completely different

We are glad to help and chat with you on our Community Discord, but if you need help and want the best support possible you should, follow a few simple rules:

coral copper

Also don't post in multiple places the same question, just because you don't get an answer

glad finch
#

i now but realise that it would be beter posting here so i delete the other sorry

coral copper
#

I searched again and in theory this doesn't do anything different, unless you did some changes to some files, but I'm not a big fan of just using this instead of sudo apt upgrade

coral copper
#

Now just run a normal sudo apt upgrade and send the output

No idea, why they hold back packages, but that's just some kind of Ubuntu thing ig

#

Just don't worry

glad finch
#

i will mark as completed then

coral copper
#

But as you already made the second thing, ig you just have to live with it maybe
