Please use google for that. There are way more than enough guides out there and without the exact combination of extruder and filament we cannot say anything special
205 seems fine, so maybe bad retraction speed or value.
If you want us to look at something always attach gcodes and not 3mf

Did you check that your nozzle isn't clogged up and clean on the outside? That might also affect stringing
And also try to start at a higher retraction value than 0
Also turn of the lower layer time in your filament settings
That might reduce the speed too
