Cannot connect to Moonraker

echo mango
#

So you can connect to Mainsail and that shows you, that it cannot to Moonraker?

sorry for bad wording, i’m not that familiar with all those things and how to correctly call them, this is message i get

echo mango
#

You got by the way an error in your current moonraker.conf, if I read the log correct:

Server configuration error: Duplicate section [octoprint_compat] in file /home/milan/printer_data/config/moonraker.conf

it wasn’t problem just yesterday, suddenly today i can’t connect with mobile phone

echo mango
#

Anyway fix the thing I told you

#

Then rollover the logs and try to connect a few times and then send a new log

okay will try

#

i tried again because there was moonraker-obico update, still can’t connect

echo mango
#

Tell us a bit more about your setup

Ender 5 pro, Creality 4.2.7 board, Raspberry PI 4B, everything in mainsail update manager is updated, yesterday everything was working fine and today I can’t connect with mobile phone

#

i’m disabled and working with phone is much easier, i can print with pc but would be nice to have it working again

#

Obico also works without problems, just when trying to connect through Safari it doesn’t

#

could adding my phone ip address to trusted_clients in moonraker.conf help?

i can

#

same result

#

could update cause this? i’ve updated everything available yesterday

echo mango
#

Normally that's unlikely

#

Mainsail and Moonraker are on the same device right?

#

It's weird that there is not even one device trying to connect to Moonraker in your logs

echo mango
#

But only in one log, so I guess this is your PC?

nova gorge
#

yes i closed the tab with mainsail and opened it again, it’s pc
yes, they are both on the same raspberry

echo mango
#

Try to clear the browser cache

nova gorge
#

on it

#

still nothing, I guess I can live with it this way
soon I will get new printer and planning to rebuild Ender 5 with new mainboard and connect to new wifi so i’ll flash mainsail from start on raspberry, hopefully it will help

echo mango
#

Can you try to uninstall your theme?

#

Or better asked, do you have one installed?

nova gorge
#

i don’t know what that is
