cool down!

this is a bot and here is a detail which one it is looking for:

Note: We only accept .log and .txt files as log files.
so you dont provide any log file for this bot!

#

so a short description. mainsail itself only provides a url to the log. nothing more. if you click on the "download button", your browser open a new tab with this url and start the download. so if the download breaks during the download, it is a network/browser/proxy issue.

when i read your url above https://3d.caxa.ca... so it looks like a setup with a reverse proxy. so i think your reverse proxy create this issue

No reverse proxy

#

only a DNS rewrite

slow down... i ask for your setup

#

i have no glas ball to look into your head/setup... so you dont use a generic setup, so i need more informations to give you a specific answer...

#

i'm not interessted "if it works fine" or not... i need informations about your setup...

#

even if I do use an IP insted of domain name the problem is the same. I do have a reverse problem too trying to upload 10MB gcode. So it looks to come from NGINX.

reef patio
#

yes. thats why i ask for your setup...

#

but... as i wrote above... i have no glas ball to look into your setup and what you are changed from the default setup

#

and why are you using 2 accounts?

charred ice
#

#
