You most likely missing a module that you had previously installed

z_calibration is no default klipper section, therefore it's not valid. As it worked previously you most likely had a custom module installed. A quick google search brings up this project: https://github.com/protoloft/klipper_z_calibration
No idea if it's the correct one

The official klipper sections dont include
[mcu rpi]
serial: /tmp/klipper_host_mcu
which was in my old printer.cfg, and is where I am now stuck:

Klipper Log file says:
mcu 'rpi': Unable to open port: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/klipper_host_mcu'
Is this [mcu rpi] sectrion redundant?
