How did you flash it?
This isn't a MainsailOS image, right? What image is this?
It says it is.
2023-11-18-MainsailOS-1.2.1-orangepi-orangepi_zero3_others.img.xz.zip
Where did you get this from?
I of course extracted down to just .xz
I will try it myself real quick
Thanks, that'd be great
I will test it anyway real quick
So overall this image is still not finished that's why it's not yet merged
I grabbed that image as well but haven't done anything with it. Searching for that thread is what led me to the image I linked you
So essentially, you are saying that it is not yet functional?
Or just untested
Read that comment I sent
Actually the zero2 image ends up identical... It's partition type 0xEA, aka linux extended boot. And fails to mount on windows. To test this I even flashed the zero2 image to an sdcard.
So both images for the zero2 and zero3 aare both not yet working
Yikes. Well back to debian I go it would seem
Also just to let you know, it does flash properly. Or at least seemed to.
Yeah, it's just the missing Windows partition
At least if I understood correctly
So overall you can change your wifi manually, if you can access it with keyboard and monitor
Or mount it to a linux system and edit the file there
Oh! I do have a linux system I can have a go with. Is the network file not editable on the OrangePi? I have display out and kbm input
If not, I'll just throw it onto my laptop running Mint and be done with it
Like, I said, if you have video output and can use a keyboard, you can edit there as well
It should be mounted into /boot ig
I'll have a look. Many thanks for the help 🙂
For me it works btw 🤔
After flashing, you might have to reconnect the adapter with the sdcard
Nice, then please go ahead and close this issue, if you don't have any further questions
Of course.
