#Crowsnest camera quality

So still no answer to what camera you use or what resolution you actually get
Also set delete_log: true and log_level: debug inside your crowsnest.conf and send the crowsnest.log
the log isnt updating it seems. Last change was at 6:18
Crowsnest still running?
i guess because i can see the cam
Then run systemctl restart crowsnest. This should generate a new log with this settings. If it doesn't there is something wrong with your crowsnest setup
Then I'm asking again, what do you expect as your image output?
The log doesn't show any problem and is choosing the correct resolution
the video i see in mainsail looks really low resoltuion
Can you send an image of it?
This looks like bad camera quality imo
so its just the camera lying about the quality?
With something like low bitrate
Maybe
You could try to run:
v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video0 -c video_bitrate_mode=1
v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video0 -c video_bitrate=15000000
```Then restart crowsnest once again
No, those are commands for a ssh session
Try it with /dev/video1 again
still unknown control
Then I don't know how to increase it sry
is it a driver problem?
No, an internet problem
afaik
Maybe I'm wrong with it
Could be that your cam is just too cheap, idk tbh
probably this
Sry, that I'm of no help for it
well you at least told me its a hardware issue and not a crowsnest issue
