Then have a look at this: https://github.com/ayufan/camera-streamer/blob/master/docs/configure.md#resolution
You can set those settings with the custom_flags option inside crowsnest.conf

#

For example my settings are:
resolution: 2304x1296 and custom_flags: --camera-video.height=1080

#

This has to be adjusted like described in that link for your camera
