#No video for WebRTC, am I misunderstanding something?

So I'm fiddling with crowsnest config and switched from ustreamer to camera-streamer. I use this usb webcam: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832712098810.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.48.21ef1802FBaSeO&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa

I will be swapping to a pi cam 3.

Configs, crowsnest log and a screenshow of my camera settings in mainsail are attached.

When I use ustreamer +mjpeg-streamer I get video, switch to camera-streamer+webrtc and i get nothing. Is my cam unsupported and the pi cam 3 will fix it? Am I missing something in my configs?

If your mjpg stream works, webrtc should work too

Set delete_log: true and log_level: debug and send a new log

Open the dashboard wait, like 20s and then send a new log again.

I can't see anything suspicious. Set mjpg as service and /webcam/?action=stream as url. If that output a stream, it's most likely your browser. If not, there is a problem with camera-streamer

Then put down your resolution to 640x480 and see if it's working

Then it's somehow not taking the correct solution. The pi is only capable of a full hd 30fps stream.

Normally it should scale down to the correct resolution

I can use resolution: 4608x2592 with my picam 3

Then it's really just the too high resolution. But like I said, you could "fix" that with the picam v3, but it will only provide you a 1920x1920@30fps max

ok, yeah im switching to that anyways as I got a bed level mount for it. The angle i have now is just too high and fisheyed to make out things.
