Hello all!
Are there any known compatibility issues with firefox? Quite often I run into an issue where I cannot open the printer.cfg file. When I click to open it, it says "Downloading..." in the bottom corner, disappears, but the file doesn't open. Sometimes I have to reattempt to open it 10 times or more. Sometimes in 2-3. Sometimes it doesn't work.
I don't normally use Edge, but I just tried it there and it opens immediately - no fuss.
Any ideas?
There's another issue and that is with saving the file. It says "Downloading printer.cfg" and hangs there sometimes. SOmetimes doesn't let me save my config at all.
Apparently this happens in edge as well, so may not be a browser-specific thing

Firefox works fine for me. Do you have any Firefox extensions or themes or plugins that might be causing issues? I suggest restarting in FireFox Troubleshoot mode to test. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode

as you descriped your issue, its sounds like the new browser rules with externel source (like my.mainsail.xyz). i would ever prefer to use a local installed version.
do you use any browser plugin?
