I know for some, like the guardian heart, I just have to hold it. But for others its just not unlocking. Like the amulet of ascension is not showing up, and I've held one of every material, crafted one of every material, I made a heart of the cosmos in a vanilla table and it still isn't unlocked, and I really don't know what to do about it.
I know I can unlock all of the entries by getting achievements, so is that the answer? Do I just go get every achievement there is?

the amulet is supposed to unlock when you make a heart of cosmos, so if it didnt then its probably a bug
