I think the title says the whole point, i have a plugin that FIXES boat clutchesm, since they dont work now (kinda), i think it's a good idea to bring it back because it's REALLY IMPORTANT for clutches, if your a mod or an admin or maybe even the owner dm me for the plugin.

I don't think there's anything official patch note wise but around 1.19.4 I believe they changed boat clutching mechanics somehow making them extremely inconsistent. Not sure how they did this but I know it is different then like 1.16 in speedruns
The way this was discovered was just by people testing, and again I haven't tested it myself so I'm just taking their word for it but I have noticed that I don't boat clutch nearly as consistently as I did a few years ago
