Due to the way that the chat is handled ingame w/the resource pack (ie emojis, rank titles, etc) it aint possible to just swap it off for people, theyd still need to load a pack upon joining to have the chat work

Yeah but the menu's and everything would be really messed up, you could just take off parts of the texture pack like weapon skins or smt
