It looks really good! The only thing I'm really noticing is there's a blurry quality to it, (perhaps it's the brush you're using?). If you wanted to make things a bit sharper, really exaggerate the shadows and highlights. I'd say you could also push the saturation of the colors you're using too, unless you're going for a more dreamy/desaturated mood.
