Welcome back everyone!! We hope you saw your loved ones, went outside, and generally thrived whilst the server was closed for a month.

We're back in action now with a new look, brand new channels, new roles—overall, a fresh start for the entire server. R800_heart

If you're seeing this, that means you've reacted to the rules, so you theoretically have read them. They've been updated in accordance with our new policies, but here's the update that's most likely to fuck up your day if you didn't read the rules:

  • Do not say your age in chat. You will be removed from the server if you do so when under the age of 18. Please see this FAQ post for more information.
    if you're annoying (aka deliberately trying to break rules or trip the bot) we'll just mute you, so don't!

new reports

we have a new method of reporting messages in chat - you can either use the /report command or right-click → apps → report message​

if ever in doubt about whether a message should be reported, go ahead and report it! it doesn't hurt (unless you're abusing the system) and mods would rather be alerted than not, in case something's going down

we do now expect more from members re: maintaining your own peace so if there's something you don't like but doesn't seem to be bothering others, consider taking a break or going to a different channel.

If you're having trouble getting verified in #corner-rules, please give it a few minutes, then unreact and react again. Bot is currently dealing with a lot of people trying to verify, and will sometimes get rate-limited by discord. TanukiCrySob

Discord and Twitch Mod Apps!

PETTHEMODS Applications for Discord moderators and Twitch moderators are both open now and will close on <t:1755144000:F> with some wiggle room (the time and date are shown in YOUR timezone).

Requirements and Guidelines
dot Discord applicants must be fluent in English and follow ⁠#corner-rules, Discord TOS, and Discord Community Guidelines.
dot Twitch applicants must be fluent in English and follow the rules of the Twitch chat, Twitch TOS, and Twitch Community Guidelines.
dot You will not be paid for moderation. It's a volunteer position.
dot We strongly encourage interested individuals in the Oceanic & Asian time zones apply.
dot All applicants have to be 18+; if we find out you have lied about your age, you will be disqualified from any future mod applications.
dot If you're uncomfortable with NSFW, heavy topics, and disturbing content, we suggest you not apply, as exposure to these subjects is a part of moderating.
dot Applicants who pass the application stage will participate in a short VC interview with a small panel of current staff. We'll ask to record the interview for absent staff, but you're welcome to decline to record!

Time zone preferences and interests
PinkDot For Discord applicants, we strongly encourage interested individuals in the EU, Oceanic & Asian time zones apply.
PinkDot For Twitch applicants, we prefer American/GMT time zones in order to be able to catch Ranboo’s streams.
