So I have made a new account and everytime I login to play it it come up with you have been disconnected I have put my age in my Wi-Fi is fine I have restarted my head set aswell

So a bit of clarifying questions for me, what does it make you do every time, and what have you done to try and fix it? I know that you've restarted your headset and checked your wi-fi, but have you tried restarting your wi-fi?

So you know how you have a modem for wi-fi, one of the cords going into it is a power cord. Unplug that for about 30 seconds then plug it back in.

I still live with my mum and I have no clue where that is

You've tried reconnecting to your wi-fi, restarting your headset, and reinstalling the game. I don't think there's any thing else to do besides factory reset
