Moderators dont handle bugs or problems when it comes to the game most of the time they handle reports and people breaking rules mostly.. You have reset your headset?
Im not sure what exactly could be the problem then? I think the best solution is waiting for @somber atlas to be able to take a look. I believe hes asleep right now however so we have to wait.
It shouldnt be, it would display your ban.
Did you put in the correct age ?
I mean its moreso mods dont manage disconnections stuff ( answering question mark)
Lemme reword that
Okay just checking because it’s a 13+ game so if you had put an age below 13 it wouldn’t let you play
When does @somber atlas get on around
Let’s not ping him too much as he’s usually very busy
He will get to it when he’s available
Hey i was just thinking random reasons and i thought maybe its because i just made the email today
Do other features on your headset work that use Wi-Fi? Such as browsing or other games?
Also, do you have another device you can run Cards and Tankards on? Just trying to think if you can launch the app on there with the same account if it is a device issue or an account issue.
@drowsy vine
yes
@next wigeon ill try it on another device
@next wigeon so the account does work on another device i just cant think why the oculus won't work it has perfectly fine network
Wait i just thought of something this vr headset is my brother's and hes been perm banned before
And still is
You’d need to contact the support email if that’s the case. (Support@divergent-realities)
But if you were banned it’d show you
I would just reach out to the support email and explain the situation, and they should be able to assist you from there!
It def sounds like an issue with your brother getting banned on the device though, I would bet that is the cause of the issue.
